An innovative application enabling individuals to participate in a secure contribution network, offering a safe and effortless means to systematically save for their aspirations and objectives.
Why does it matter?
As a UX researcher, I created a plan that included user interviews, an analysis of alternative methods, and a competitive audit. The main objective is to comprehend the difficulties potential users encounter, as well as their pain points, goals, and needs.
I conducted a survey with a sample of current and potential users of the product to gather insights into their attitudes, preferences, and behaviors related to the problem and the solution.

Discovered some user types
I used empathy mapping to highlight significant research findings for all user types and aid decision-making. I prioritized focus points and identified the most crucial takeaways because they improved my understanding of the users through inferences drawn from their behaviors.
